“When the conception of the Senior ER was being discussed, Cindy articulated immediately she wanted to be an RN there. She quickly took ownership by decorating the area, and buying shelves and vases for each room. Families constantly articulate about Cindy’s compassion and competence. The seniors love her sense of humor. She’s kind and thorough and has the ability to have each patient and their family to feel needed. She concentrates on their strengths. She comes in extra if needed. Cindy is a motivated woman who lives each moment of our vision and mission of the hospital ‘Mind, body and spirit’ every time to everyone.”
