David Johnson

I came from the ER. I was very upset, nervous, tired and looking for someone to blame and in comes David with a list of questions I didn’t want to answer. So he started asking the questions and I started giving smart remarks for the answers. Then all of a sudden, the questions stopped and he started talking to me, not talking at me. He wanted to know what was bothering me and he sat there and really listened to what I had to say. He was very very supportive to let my feelings be known and never stopped smiling the whole time. He was very understanding and he made me feel like my voice and opinion was worth being heard and that made me feel at ease.
