Despina Smith

She has received the Oncology Nurse Excellence Award at AAMC, many thank you letters from patients and their families, and many HOT CARDS from co-workers and other departments.  Despina excels in patient safety, critical thinking for assessing changes in patient conditions, and anticipating the course of treatment plan for each and every patient.  She is an excellent team member, supporting and guiding the staff shift to shift.
