Diana Macandog
Diana is a true breath of fresh air to our team. She coordinates most of the floors social events such as: Birthday potlucks, holiday party, summer picnic and every day special occasions. Through her own funding, she provides small gifts and food. She knows how to make anyone and everyone feel recognized and special. Through her social coordination and willingness to help one another, she has helped bring an element of service, teamwork, good attitude, mentorship and has become an excellent ambassador of HMC’s service standards. A fellow colleague summarizes her impact by quoting, “Diana is very hard working, staff and patients love her.” Diana was nominated our Spot Light of the Year and nominated Spot Light of the month 2 other times in clinic.
