Diane Ybarra
Diane has been an inspiration to her colleagues in Cardiac Diagnostics and Cardiology. They appreciate her support, flexibility and open-mindedness as the Mount Prospect site determined how to provide the best services for patients at their new location. She took initiative to ensure that paper work, equipment, rooms, and policy & procedures met standards for providing excellent care. Her kind approach and attitude have been a plus for that staff as they adjust to the new environment and being part of NCH. As a long standing employee she willingly shared her expertise and knowledge of NCH to guide them. As nurses, we strive to enhance customer satisfaction; Diane plays an integral component in assuring that customer needs are met professionally and respectfully. Her colleagues nominated her for this award in recognition of her contributions in this successful endeavor.
