Frances Zarella
Frances embodies the “caring” aspect of nursing. Her gentle mannerisms and listening skills are some of her attributes that are evident in the care of our veteran patients. She serves as a role model for nursing staff. She assists others in achieving both academic and clinical excellence through her leadership. She is dynamic and compassionate as well and energetic and resourceful to patients and staff. Her enthusiasm is evident and her encouragement reaches everyone who interacts with her. |
