Gina McDonald
Gina McDonald, RN is our JCMC February DAISY Award Winner. She was nominated by a grateful patient's family member. Gina McDonald has been with the Jersey City Medical Center for 32 years. She is a patient advocate who is a three peater in Press Ganey. Gina started out as a nurse in the ED and then went to join the Same Day Surgery team.
