Gina Milan

Gina Milan, RN is the perfect example of all the criteria for the DAISY Award. My husband was in her care. Gina always greeted us with a smile and willingness to help. From the moment she came on her shift and staying late to assist our release, she showed a level of compassion, caring, nursing skills that are rare for an individual. She knew how, what and when to do each act of kindness and love to him. He experienced so much pain and she coordinated his care with the doctors that he needed to see. She is a treasure, an angel to us. She and her team worked so well together. She is quick minded and knows how to get things done. Our level of confidence in her and her team was of the highest level and she was never too busy to give him her very best and excellence in all she says and does. I knew my husband was in good hands.

Unfortunately thru the years we have been patients in the hospital many times. Gina tops the list of excellence in Nursing and Patient Care. Your hospital is fortunate to have her and we are very thankful she was part of our excellent care.
