Gloria Taduran

I wish to nominate Gloria for her outstanding professionalism.

Gloria came to work on her day off to help cover the unit nurses breaks. The unit was short staffed and Gloria agreed to stay for the entire shift and take an unstable patient that needed to be urgently admitted from the Emergency Department. Gloria was nothing but fluid grace as she admitted this critically ill patient who required more than 30 units of blood in less than four hours, along with multiple other simultaneous demands. There are few other nurses that would have been so giving of their time and professional skills in the way that Gloria did. It is an honor to work beside her.
