Heather Rainey

My daughter was admitted to Children's Hospital ICU and Heather was our nurse during 2 days of our stay.  Heather was extremely nice polite and friendly during our stay.  She made our family feel very comfortable.

Heather was incredibly friendly and was able to connect with my 15 year old daughter during the most traumatic time of her life.  Heather always talked to my daughter in a soothing, calming voice and made her feel comfortable.

My daughter had a difficult time going to the bathroom and Heather was patient and understanding.  She helped her in every way possible.  Heather was caring and compassionate, and attentive to my daughter at all times.

My daughter was diagnosed with SJS which caused her body to blister.  Heather was encouraging to her throughout the entire stay.  My daughter could not swallow and had difficulty taking her meds.  Heather was extremely encouraging. She explained each and every process to her before it happened.

Heather made the entire family feel comfortable and warm.  She made us feel as though she genuinely cared about our daughter and her needs.  She quickly reacted to every situation that arose with our daughter.  She kept us well informed and patiently addressed all of our concerns and answered all of our questions.  Heather was outstanding and deserves to be recognized!  We love her!
