Helen Mary Jennings

Helen Mary has been with MGRNC at Glenridge for over 20 years. She has been a champion and role model of our Values and Standards; Respect, Excellence, Service, Professionalism, Empathy, Communication and Teamwork.

As Primary Nurse for The Valley she is an example for our staff in caring for our special dementia population.  She has a gentle and caring approach. She does an exceptional job with her communication with family members.  They often remark on how well she keeps them informed of what is going on with their loved one.  She is compassionate and trusting.  She is a special person that creates a circle of respect around her.

Helen Mary is a rare and remarkable individual that gives the word heart a new meaning. She always makes herself available, no matter the situation.  She is always looking out for the best interest for her Team, Residents, and their Families. She has a caring and warm soul that she gives each and every day to our resident’s, families, friends, and co-workers.
