Holly Vance
Holly exemplifies her leadership, interpersonal skills and creativity with all the medical staff in the emergency department. She is involved with improving processes that improve patient safety and quality of care. An example is her involvement with the shared governance charter group. She has great networking skills and advocates for patients. Holly’s involvement helps facilitate and accelerate patient care process. Patients often express their gratitude because she has helped them through the process which would have taken them a longer period of time to accomplish on their own.
