Ian Serafin

Ian not only has excellent nursing skills, he is the most calm and compassionate nurse.  He is even keeled in temperament.  He can soothe a baby as well as an aggressive adult.  He speaks kindly to patients, families and caregivers.  He is a wealth of knowledge for new grads and veterans.  He works hard, never complains and can be counted on to lend a hand to a co-worker.  The physicians he works with trust his judgment and respect him.  It is always a pleasure and privilege to work with this Ian.  He exemplifies what the DAISY Award is about.
