Jamie Compton

Jamie Compton, RN was the winner for August, 2011 ambulatory staff.  Jamie has been with Carle for 3 years.  She currently works at Danville Adult Medicine on Fairchild.  She was nominated by two staff members who said:

First nomination:

Jamie is an amazing nurse and individual all around.  We are all so blessed to work with her.  Patients love her because she is so kind.  She always takes the time to talk to everyone and is extremely prompt in taking care of patients waiting.  If I ever have a question, Jamie is always right there to help.  She talks to you and you feel like she is completely focused on your needs and wants to help in any way she can.  Carle Physician group is very lucky to have Jamie as a nurse.  We are all better, just working with her.

Second nomination:

Jamie is always so nice and up beat.  She always greats me in the hall with a friendly “Hi, girly.” I had a patient that was confused and wanted to speak to a nurse when I went to talk to Jamie about the issue she didn’t hesitate to provide assistance.  She’s always so caring and never seems to let anything frazzle her.  She’s an awesome nurse to work with!
