Jeana is an excellent RN.  She goes above and beyond the call of duty on every patient she cares for.  I have been in health care for over 15 years and she is a nurse that is consistently caring and compassionate.  On top of all this, she is a smart RN, she knows how to care for her patients and uses her best judgment at all times.

She also is a proactive RN on the floor taking charge of all the things that need to be done and coordinating the projects so that the department can run efficiently.  Her positive attitude makes coming to work a joy and I wouldn’t be surprised if you have more than a few nominations for her.  Jeana is always willing to help.

She puts her heart and soul into her work and it shows.
