The family of a patient came physically to the ICU to give Jeff their praise on Sept 22. The son was in tears as he told me, “Jeff was our angel”. He further explained that Jeff took extra time to explain what was happening to their mother and they took comfort in the detailed work Jeff did to take care of their loved one.
They later wrote:
Being there when our spirits were at their lowest. Our family cannot thank you enough ‘Jeff’ for your caring, understanding nature. We hold you dear to our hearts and consider you one of our lucky angels that walk this earth. May God bless you in many ways and know you have blessed us with your genuine being.
