Jeri Solaiman

Jeri worked the overnight shift to care for our newborn, who was dehydrated and rushed to the NICU.  Jeri comforted the baby, my wife, and me through constant communication, a clear compassion for our baby, and her wealth of knowledge and skill.  Jeri put us at ease, and just watching her work around our baby, it was clear that she cared for her as if she was her own.

Jeri helped teach us ways to better care for our child, what to look for while in the NICU, and ensured that we were comfortable with what was happening.

Overall, I never wanted to be in the NICU, but the care of Jeri and the other nurses helped make the experience far less frightening then it could have been.

Perhaps the greatest compliment that both my wife and I can give for Jeri is that on the last night, we both were willing to go home and sleep knowing that Jeri was watching our child.  As any parent would know, this is not easy to do with a newborn.
