Johanna Chaparro
Johanna exhibits the qualities in a nurse that exemplifies the position. From the moment she began her shift to the end she showed a measure of care that was both excellent and went above and beyond the requirements. She answered every question with utmost patience, and explained everything she did in detail. You could see her concern was true and compassionate to the situation. I was confident when I was not there, that my mother was still cared for, which in these situations is appreciated beyond words.
