Karen Piotrowski
Karen received an email from a patient who had some questions regarding his diet – he asked if she could call him. Karen did so and made sure he had food items that would help him. She also went to his home to visit him and deliver the items that she purchased. She took the things he liked to eat that were high in fiber. She met his son and they had a great visit. She said that this gentleman reminded her of her dad and she wanted to do something for him.
