“Kaylie, no matter how many patients she had, once they were stable for a minute she always took the time to check in with us as parents and to say “hi” to my son L. The care she gives to her patients goes above and beyond all measures she was taught in school. Every nurse that works in this department is exceptional and I commend them for all they do. However Kaylie seems to go above and beyond each and every day and is always working and helping fellow nurses with patients, transports or parent consolation. Thank you Kaylie for helping my son, wife and me through this troubled time.” |
