Kelly Nieves

Kelly demonstrates caring compassion on a daily basis.  On many occasions I have witnessed Kelly going above and beyond.  Recently, Kelly was caring for a young mother of three that was near the end of life.  She diagnosed family issues and was able to coordinate resources and get the doctor, palliative care, Hospice and Chaplin involved immediately.  Her discharge occurred the next day with both the patient and family at ease with the decision.
