Kwan On Sa
Ms. Kwan On Sa has been with Jersey City Medical Center for 39 years in our NICU. Ms. Kwan On Sa is our January DAISY winner. She was nominated by her orientee Gwen Anthony. Her nominee writes, "Just watching how she handled very stressful emergencies gave me the confidence I need to function in NICU. She has excellent clinical skills but more importantly she is very patient and kind with the patients and families she serves... Ms. Sa is an excellent NICU nurse".
