Libby Christensen

Each day, during patient care rounds in the ICU, I observe the demeanor and practice of each staff member. Libby daily provides professional and excellent nursing care to the patients of the ICU.  Libby never stops.

When she is not consulting with me on the plan of care for her assigned patients, she is at the bedside providing patient care, teaching and supporting a family member or mentoring and teaching new staff.

Libby recently obtained her CCRN certification, proof that she continually strives towards professional excellence.  Libby is very deserving of a special award.  Not because of one special circumstance but Libby should be recognized for consistently being an outstanding RN.
