Keep doing what you do-you are very good at it.” Co-workers: Our unit had a patient here for a very long time-over 3 months. A very complex patient, difficult case-with complex family issues. The patient always requested Lisa to be the nurse-and Lisa always agreed. She has a proactive, caring and cheerful approach-skillful care-especially with complex pain management issues and helping the family with their health issue(s) journey.
