Louisa Phillips

Louisa is a special nurse in the NICU.  She has answered every question and solved every problem we have brought to her.  You can tell Louisa really loves these babies. When she has our daughter, we feel like she is safe like we just left her with Grandma.  What an asset for your staff.  She really knows her job and has taught us a lot. If I were rich, I’d hire her for a nanny.  She is a special person and while I know this is her job and she is getting paid for her services, she makes it seem like she would do it for free.

Having a baby in NICU is hard on the family but she has made it seem easier.  Thank you, Louisa, you are a great caregiver and we will never forget what you have done for our daughter.
