My mother has chronic health issues. I am her DPOA and accompany her in her hospital stays. Lucas gave my mother “Complete Care” the four days we were lucky enough to have him as our nurse. He is compassionate, caring and understanding. When she was scared, he would reassure her. If I needed to leave the room I would always catch him looking in on her as he knew she was unable to use the call button. When I would leave the room, I felt as if my mother was with family.
