Mandy Hancock

~       My wife and I are new to the parent world and Mandy Hancock, RN made a very nerve wracking experience a lot less stressful for everyone, especially me.  Her professionalism was a breath of fresh air.  She has a great and healthy respect for her patients new and old.  Her compassion for a higher level of service combined with great teamwork with her staff shows a commitment to clinical excellence that everyone should experience and strive for.

~       Mandy was my son and daughter-in-law’s LDR nurse.  This was the 4^th grandchild I’ve been there for their birth, and of course my own 2 children’s births.  I can honestly say Mandy was the best LDR nurse I’ve ever had or seen.  Professional, GREAT sense of humor which was great for these first time parents.  I feel quite sure it would have taken much longer if not for her interaction!  We will always be grateful for her!

~       When in labor with my first baby Mandy kept my mind off the nervousness I was feeling.  She kept me entertained and relaxed so that it was an enjoyable experience.  I was very nervous and stressed about delivery and she kept me laughing all the way through pushing.  She was very attentive the whole time she was my nurse.  She was very professional and very good at her job.  Even the next day she came up to check on me and give me a hug.  Overall, Mandy made the experience much better than I ever expected!

~       Mandy was unbelievably great during my daughter’s labor and delivery.  She had us laughing while also keeping us calm and explaining everything as we went through this experience.  She helped make a very special day even more special.  Best nurse I ever had!!
