Mary Chavez-Balingit

Mary, also called “Miss Beautiful” by her colleagues, has been a source of inspiration to me for several years. There are no words to describe how special Mary is. She is a wonderful nurse, one of the best I have ever seen. She makes the nights beautiful for her patients and the staff she works with. She always knows what to do, when to do it and how to do it to give her patients and their families the best!

She always is compassionate and has a smile for all she encounters. When letters are written by grateful patients and families recognizing the nursing staff, Mary’s name is always at the top of the list. Her dedication to the unit, her patients and peers is evident in all she does!

She is the best!
