Megan Reband

Megan Reband received 3 (!) nominations from patients/families this month to be recognized by the DAISY Award.

One patient wrote, “Megan works with me as a whole person, she is highly positive and has helped educate me. She always keeps me informed of my care plan – in fact, she asks for my input and we work throughout the day together on the plan. This has promoted a fabulous sense of proactivity and confidence for me. She listens and is just overall an excellent RN. She makes others (us patients) feel like they do matter to her. She keeps a wonderful rapport with my doctors, and has certainly won my parents’ heart. I’m very grateful to have met and learned from Megan.”

Another shared that Megan truly cares about her patients and the third nominator, a patient’s family member, wrote, “Among the nurses, Megan was fantastic, jollying and encouraging my mom; being very proactive with her.”
