Melvina Boring

Melvina exemplifies an outstanding role model as a comfort care nurse because of her extremely patient thorough direct care that she gives to patients and also their families. She is very cautious to ensure utmost comfort by positioning and instructing the family to do the same. She uses pillows, blankets, or whatever is available to her in the home or patient room in a facility. Her soft slow voice is very soothing. She instructs with patience. As a nurse who follows Melvina with comfort care, I appreciate her thoroughness in accomplishing the task of “comfort care”, the title of her position. The patient area is always neat and clean as is the patient. Her reports to the next shift are thorough and exact.
