Michelle Dunham

I am nominating Michelle Dunham RN for her professionalism, knowledge, and ability to work well with our diverse team at all levels of our organization during our EMR design, build, and implementation.

Michelle has great leadership skills and communicates well in all environments where there are varied stakeholders. At all times she has been able to adjust her style based on the audience, she has great listening skills and utilizes effective communication. She has been supportive to all involved including nurses, ancillary staff, and physicians and given them the courage to move forward.

Because of her experience and foresight into what is best practice and research based nursing evidence we have designed a clinical documentation system for clinicians that demonstrates both of these. We look forward to enhancing our patient outcomes through the design of an evidence based approach.

I am honored to have worked with her on this project and know we will continue to work as professional colleagues.
