Monica was an instant success with my 22 month old son. Her youthful spirit enabled my son to feel comfortable around her from day one. She introduced his medicine to him in a fun way that made him feel in control and as a result he was taking his medicine without crying anymore. He was attentive to her at all times. Never cried. Monica showed true passion and professionalism at all times. She never once displayed signs of tiredness or frustration. Always smiling.
