Nicole is amazing.  She remembered when she took care of my granddaughter 2 years ago.  My granddaughter took to her immediately.  She was the kindest nurse while being totally professional.  She made my stay much better.  She included my now 4 year old granddaughter in my care.  She let her observe how to check for temperature and blood pressure, etc. so my granddaughter wasn’t afraid to see her grandmother in the hospital.  Nicole also happened to be at a festival and my granddaughter saw her there and Nicole took the time to say “hi” to her.  I wish I had Nicole on my room the whole week I was here.  She is a special nurse.
