Nikki Vande Garde

Nikki has a passion for patient care delivery and how nurses can transform care using automated processes.  Nikki has a nursing  background complemented by her strong technical skills that creates a synergy to design the right answer for the patient and the clinician within Cerner solutions.  Nikki’s expertise and work within the experience center has provided clients with the right information at the right time to make decisions for the future of the EMR.

Nikki’s has been complemented by clients on her ability to communicate technical aspects in a clinical language that enables them to make decisions for their organization.  She has provided leadership during site visits to ensure the client value is achieved.  I have personally seen Nikki’s knowledge and expertise provide a better experience for our clients.    Observing this very positive experience was the impetus to recognize Nikki for this award.
