WOW! This is an experienced nurse that knows her stuff. OSF should be proud of their nurses, but Pat has knowledge, education, and experience and these traits help the patient feel confident in the care she provides. Pat gave my mom excellent advice and care and even family her undivided attention to assist and direct them with their mother's care, she addressed our questions without making us feel like we were stupid. She helped us to understand her health limitations and conditions.
