WIHCC Public Health Nursing department was nominated by fellow employees for their outstanding dedication and commitment to their community and patients. In January 2010, WIHCC organized Operation Snowfall for District 7 in the Dilkon Area due to tremendous bad weather conditions. The PHN department assisted the community, chapter houses, Dilkon Police Department and other resources with patient care, food, hay and firewood for those in need. The PHN’s made home deliveries to families in remote areas that could not get out due the bad weather.
