Rebecca Proctor
Rebecca was involved in teaching patients, family members and nursing staff about a new hospital program in the spinal cord injury setting. She demonstrates leadership skills through her involvement in research and education. She maintains trust and respectful relationships with staff and patients as she shares her expertise. Rebecca always takes the time to listen and answer questions and offers guidance and solutions to problems. I have even seen her take time to walk lost patients and/or families to other areas of the hospital so that they don’t get lost or late to their appointments.
