Regan Baron

As the CNO for the RxAware ABU, Regan has built an excellent clinical staff, but she goes beyond her clinical duties to also drive sales results.  Regan not only has complete command of the clinical nature of her position and how it relates to the RxAware ABU Solutions and our clients, she has hired and trained clinicians to demonstrate the ABU solutions and also to take full responsibility for the sales process.

An excellent example of this the Bridge Medical solution set:  there is no longer a Sales Executive responsible for driving Bridge sales, so Regan has taken responsibility not only for the solution demonstrations but for all aspects of   the Bridge sales process. Additionally, she consistently gives this credit to others and shines the spotlight on her team rather than herself.

Regan’s team has consistently won awards (Patty Lewis and Kristin James have both been awarded ‘Cerner Masters’) – I think it must be a sign of her extraordinary leadership that her team performs on such a high level.

Additionally, anytime a member of her team has a ‘family’ life-changing event (death in the family, pregnancy, and birth of a child) Regan is the first person to make sure that person is cared for and covered both as a work associate and as a member of the extended ‘work-family’.  Regan truly cultivates a feeling of loyalty and family among the associates that work with her.  Also, Regan never says that those that report to her ‘work for her’.  She says it is her job to work for them.
