I have to thank you for the wonderful care I received in your ER.

I have been in many hospital and ERs from California, Colorado, Tennessee to Georgia and St. Francis is one of the best! Rick was my nurse while in the ER and he made the whole experience bearable. His care and attention while my blood pressure and pain were both going "through the roof" truly helped me get through it all.

His care of me was amazing but I was witness to his care of a very disoriented elderly person who was not very kind with actions or words. Rick was amazing with this little patient. His voice never changed as the patient became more and more "verbal" and argumentative. Rick remained the rock in the storm, solid and steady and cared for this person with the same care he gave to me. That is what I call professional courage. Rick has it!!

It makes me not so fearful of possible repeat trips to your ER to know that beyond those doors there are caring, gracious nurses like Rick Navickas waiting for me.
