Rita Runner
Rita is an excellent nurse. She leaves “no stone unturned” when it comes to her patients. She is very knowledgeable and very caring. She is a patient advocate in every way. She calls doctors to get the best possible care for her patients. She is constantly thinking of how she can make her patients better or at least more comfortable. She is an expert at what she does. She is very knowledgeable of not only cardiology but also of dermatology, pulmonary and maternal nursing. She is often given patients and families that seem difficult to please. Rita always finds a way to make them feel at ease and less stressed. She is the most “asked for” nurse in the coronary unit. She is an excellent nurse and an excellent mentor for all the newer nurses.
