Rosanne Ryan

Rosanne Ryan is a very dedicated nurse to her patients.  She doesn’t stop at the “I don’t know" in anything.  She wants to know everything there is to know about the patients, procedures, tasks, etc. and visibly works to get the answers to anything for which she is unsure.  Patients and staff are so grateful for this.  I recall a time when there was a shot that she needed to give and because it is seldom is done on the floor, she of course accessed Policy and Procedure…called the Pharmacy, the ED, and every avenue she could find to ensure that she knew all there was to know and then took that task on with such confidence.  She is very caring with her patients, thorough with her clinical skills and is quite the educator.  Rosanne pays attention to detail.  She desires to prepare her patients for what is next in order for them to reach their goals.  Rosanne is a very reliable team leader on 3-1 and helps to direct the care of the unit within that role.  I am grateful for Rosanne and I know that I don’t stand alone.
