Sandra Poole

From the first day I worked with Sandra she has gone above and beyond to help me acclimate to my nursing career.  She displays a patience and genuine concern for me as I entered into nursing.  There are no dumb questions when Sandra is around and she always encourages me to find the answer I’m looking for first and helps me get it when I am overwhelmed.  Sandra has had many personal obstacles in the months we’ve worked together, but she comes to work ready to do her job 100% every shift.  She makes time for every question, every patient, every coworker with a genuine concern and always a professional attitude.

Sandra challenges me to be a better nurse than the day before.  She is a wonderful leader, teacher, charge nurse, and I also call her my friend.
