Sarah Elliott
I would like to nominate Sarah Elliott for the DAISY Award. Sarah is a true asset to the MCICU. She is an excellent clinician, strong patient advocate, team player, and compassionate to her patients and their families. She takes the time to really listen to her patients and their needs. She is always moving, offering assistance where ever it is needed. She is an awesome mentor and preceptor, so patient and thorough. She presented a poster regarding Team Rounds in the MCICU at the 2011 NTI conference in Chicago. Sarah is an all-around great nurse and deserves to be recognized for her tremendous efforts.
