Shelli Fassnacht
A terminally ill young woman came and was in extremely poor condition and in need of Hospice Services. Shelli determined that the patient has a 14 year old son and no other local family. She found out from the patient that she had not made any arrangements for her son. Shelli spent several intense hours arranging for a notary, social worker, and hospice services-to all come here to the facility so patient could make her final arrangements for herself and the care of her son. It was a very emotional experience for all and Shelli went above and beyond to help this patient provide for her son’s future.
