Amy Renfroe
I think that Amy Renfroe deserves this DAISY Award because she is a very caring and compassionate person, not only as a nurse but also as a human being. With me, in the worst moments of my surgery, she was always taking care of me with such care and smiles. She is also very professional and competent in her job. She always knows what to do at the right moments. When I was on a liquid diet, she was more concerned about me than I was, knowing that I was hungry and I could not eat. She is the kind of nurse that will make your hospital stay feel like home. I really hope that the Award will be awarded to her because nurses like her are what we need in every hospital today. She is outstanding.
