Barbara Smith, RN at Winchester Hospital was nominated by a patient's
family after she helped their 92 year old grandfather remain comfortable
in the hospital before his death. One family member even called Barbara
an "angel" as her presence was welcome comfort for the grieving family.
They also said Barbara was attentive, but also gave them their privacy
to say goodbye.
