Crystal Schneider
Crystal always provides exceptional care to all of her patients. She works closely with all members of the team to develop the best POC and ensure the safest/best discharge plan. She is an exceptional leader, who is willing to step up to the plate no matter what is asked and takes the supervisor phone when needed. This RN is willing to learn new skills, and even cross training in other departments. She is an asset to BC and nursing and she has done extraordinarily well in her transition as a fairly new grad.
