Danita Estep
Danita exemplifies excellent nursing skills by example. She is the Coordinator for our department and I admire her leadership abilities, her work ethics, and dedication for excellence in working with patients and their families and her healthcare team. The nurse is always calm in times of change, by example she works with insurances to clarify for the patients their insurance coverage as well as toggling between two payroll systems. This nurse is a valuable member of our team as evidence of others seeking her guidance and knowledge of our department clinical guidelines.
