Dara Lankford
I would like to nominate Nicki Lankford for the DAISY Award. She is the consummate professional always putting her patient's needs first. She is an awesome charge nurse, advocating for not only what is right for the patient but what is also safe for the nurse. The staff she works with all adore her and feel very advocated for when she is in charge. Nicki is a pleasure to work with, always has a smile that is contagious and a cheery disposition. |
