Debra Passwaters was doing home visits on a patient whose husband was deceased. She also had no family near by to assist her. During the course of the home care episode, Debra found out that the patient had not been to the grave site of her spouse for quite some time, so Debra made arrangements on her day off to take the patient to the cemetery.
